SOMERSBY WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Synergy Construction was engaged by Central Coast Council to complete the refurbishment of the Office and Laboratory at the Somersby Water Treatment Plant.

The project involved the removal of internal asbestos-containing material, removal of existing windows, and stripout of the existing tired space. The new works involved the installation of new ceilings, wall and floor finishes, a new mechanical system, new custom laboratory and workstation joinery, and new commercial windows throughout.
