Synergy Construction was engaged to complete the strip out, detailed demolition and fitout of a new purpose built Yoga Studio and Cafe. The new facility has been designed to be the leading Yoga Studio and Organic Food cafe on the Central Coast.

The build provided several challenges including the detailed demolition of an existing concrete vault, structural stabilisation of the roof structure, and fitout of the new kitchen facility.
