AFTERPAY – SURRY HILLS

Synergy Construction was engaged by Milligan Group to complete the refurbishment and fitout works for Afterpay’s new Sydney headquarters.

Located within an existing heritage style building, the works included the complete internal demolition of an existing 3 level tenancy, providing a blank canvas for the building’s transformation. The new works included the stripping of existing paint to the buildings façade and make good works, complete internal fit-out, construction of a steel mezzanine workspace, and structural steel stair access to a new rooftop entertaining terrace.
