Joel brings over 14 years of experience in many sectors of Construction including Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Communications Projects to the Synergy Team. Drawing on previous experience working with one of the Australia’s most Awarded commercial contractors, Joel’s key focus for the business is to deliver a high quality product that both Synergy and our clients can be proud of.

Joel has a Bachelor of Construction Management.

Luke founded Synergy in 2013 and draws on over 15 years of experience in the construction industry with some of the country’s leading builders to provide strategic operation and direction within the business. With solid people management skills, Luke demonstrates leadership in key areas of service, safety and quality that he expects of his wider team.

Luke’s hands on approach with a focus on quality and efficiency has seen Synergy grow steadily since its inception, and his focus on good people and good policy enables Luke to deliver quality outcomes every time. Luke focuses on having the key people in key roles in order to ensure that Synergy’s clients are receiving the most professional and technical advice possible. He has high standards for himself and his entire crew.

The personal touch is important to Luke and he works to ensure Synergy remains close to clients, communicating well and openly.

Luke has a Bachelor in Construction Management (Honours).

With over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Kris brings a wealth of knowledge to the project management and delivery of structural steel packages and bespoke metalwork projects. Kris manages our structural steel from design, fabrication through to onsite installation. Kris understands that meticulous planning and execution of the project management process is key to client satisfaction and delivering a premium finished product.

Kris holds International Welding Specialist (IWS) certification which is paramount in synergy’s in house review and quality management processes.

Alex has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been with Synergy since its inception. With his extensive knowledge and trade background, Alex manages the fabrication and delivery of structural steel packages from design, fabrication through to onsite installation.

 A fitter and Turner by trade Alex knows what it takes to prepare and deliver steel to specification. With hands-on experience, Alex is one of our leading project managers who knows the process from design through to installation and prides himself on delivering on a smooth process and a quality finished product.

Nicholas has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, he started in construction as a Mechanical Plumber for John Holland Construction in the mining sector. Near the end of his apprenticeship Nick was asked to join John Hollands Commercial Construction arm of the company where he completed his Degree Bachelor of Construction Management (HONS) as well recently a Bachelor of Business Management (HONS).

 From there Nick has worked on several High-profile projects predominantly in the Government sector. His first project as Project Manager was the HMRI Institute at John Hunter Hospital. His most recent projects before Joining Synergy were The Newcastle Court House & Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus as Senior Project Manager. Nick has brought a plethora of knowledge to Synergy from the Tier One Sector. He has an excellent attention to detail, is quality focused and places significant importance on WH&S throughout the process of construction. Furthermore, Nick understands the importance of working with Government stakeholders and subsidiary organizations throughout the Construction Process to reach a common outcome, which is only achievable via open lines of communication across all levels.

Max draws on his previous experience in the capacity of a quantity surveyor, client side project manager, and estimator for some of the Central Coasts Larger Commercial Builders and applies this to Synergy’s Estimating Team. In doing so, Max can add value to projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring the client’s budgetary constraints are monitored closely whilst not compromising on quality. Max works closely with our clients from the initial concept, identifying key project deliverables, and translates this into a budget, project estimate, and ultimately a final project cost of which our clients are comfortable.

Max holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons), along with a Diploma in Architectural Technology.

Leana has been working in the construction industry as part of the Synergy team since 2015. Since beginning her career as an estimator, Leana has gained extensive knowledge of all facets involved in the delivery of structural steel and metalwork projects. Leana has a Bachelor of Science and has brought to Synergy an analytical and detail oriented approach to our estimating department that has led to the procurement of successful projects coupled with a high level of service to our valued clients.

 Leana has a strong interest in engineering, architecture and design and enjoys pricing projects that challenge her and that challenge Synergy to explore its capabilities. Leana looks forward to developing her industry knowledge further and pushing the boundaries of what Synergy can offer and take on in the future.

With an extensive management background, Bill brings positivity and attention to detail when it comes to building and nurturing our business relationships. Our client’s needs come first, and Bill is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients are kept in the loop and are receiving the best possible service.
